Subscription Services

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, including unused time remaining after cancellation.

Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, customers may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. Once a subscription converts to a paid plan, standard subscription terms apply.

One-Time Services

For one-off services (such as web design or development work):

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

  • Work that has already been started or delivered is non-refundable.

  • Any agreed refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations, such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical issues preventing access to the service where support is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
