FreshConcepts provides digital services and subscription-based software products. By purchasing our services or subscribing to our platforms, you agree to the following refund terms.
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, including unused time remaining after cancellation.
Where a free trial is offered, customers may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. Once a subscription converts to a paid plan, standard subscription terms apply.
For one-off services (such as web design or development work):
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
Work that has already been started or delivered is non-refundable.
Any agreed refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations, such as:
Duplicate charges
Technical issues preventing access to the service where support is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
